The Book · Where the Movement Begins

What we lost.
What it cost us.
And how to get it back.

What we lost.
What it cost us.
And how to get it back.

The foundation for the movement.

It's not the whole story. It's where it begins.

Stalled in the middle

That’s not failure.

The book says so itself — each chapter is built to be harder than the last, by design. The emails and newsletter offer more.

What the Book Uncovers

A few things most of Western Christianity has simply forgotten.

A few things most of Western Christianity has simply forgotten.

01

Only 1 in 10 young adults raised in the Church still hold a resilient, lived faith by adulthood. The other nine didn't lack information. They lacked architecture.

02

The Great Commission wasn't given to a crowd. It was given to eleven men — proven, tested, and named. "Making disciples of all nations" was never a mass broadcast. It was a conferral.

03

When a son married in first-century Judea, he didn’t leave his father’s house. He built a room onto it. The word for that house — beth ab — is at the foundation of this movement.

This isn’t trivia. It’s the architecture the rest of the book — and the rest of this movement — is built on.

A Word From Aaron

A dedication from a father.

Don't Tread On Jesus is dedicated to my children, Karis and Nehemiah — a humble guiding light that I hope will endure far beyond my lifetime, and even theirs. Every hard chapter in it, I wrote to myself first.

If you finish it, you'll know exactly what we lost and what we are recovering. What I hope you'll also feel, underneath all of it, is Malachi's old promise: the hearts of the fathers turned back to their children, and the children's hearts turned back to their fathers.

Because of Jesus — with you and for you,

Aaron Little
